Shipping policy

Shipping Costs Including Insurance of Goods:

Germany
Shipping costs within Germany are €8.90 (with €500 insurance) and €14.90 (with €2,500 insurance).

For orders over €1,000, shipping is free, including insurance up to €2,500.

Shipping is done via DHL.

If a package is returned due to an error on the customer's part (e.g., incorrect address, not picked up from the post office in time), and we need to resend it, we will charge the shipping costs again for the second shipment.

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary
Shipping costs to the above countries are €18.90 (with €500 insurance) and €44.90 (with €2,000 insurance).

For orders over €2,000, shipping is free, including insurance up to €2,000.

Switzerland
We have had some negative experiences with shipping to Switzerland in the past, so we no longer ship directly to Switzerland.

However, we recommend using “Grenzpaket”: https://www.grenzpaket.ch/verzollungen

We have many customers from Switzerland who use this company or similar services.

These companies handle the often complicated customs procedures and typically forward the package directly to you or make it available for pick-up at the border.

Return Policy:

We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of receiving the delivery. Please ensure that the seal remains intact as indicated on the included leaflet.

The customer is responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
