Do you also ship abroad?
Yes, we ship nationally in Germany and internationally to all EU countries. Shipping costs apply depending on the country and are added at checkout.

How long does it take to receive my order?
That depends on where you are.
We usually process your order within 1-2 days.
All packages are shipped safely and quickly with DHL. Deliveries within Germany usually take 1-2 days with DHL.
International deliveries can take between 7 and 16 days.
You will receive delivery details in your confirmation email.
Where does the hair come from?
Our hair comes from South America, Brazil, Central and Eastern Europe. We have been working closely with the same trusted dealers for years.
The hair is carefully hand-selected, thoroughly washed, disinfected and checked for its natural growth direction to ensure the highest quality.
